AN ACT RELATING TO ANIMALS AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY -- ANIMAL CARE (Waives the adoption fee for a dog or cat at a public animal shelter for any person 60 years or older. The adoption of the animal is limited to those that have passed sexual maturity and the shelter may limit the number of dogs and cats that are adopted.)
