AN ACT RELATING TO COURTS AND CIVIL PROCEDURE--COURTS--COURT ADMINISTRATION--SELECTION POOL FOR COURT APPOINTED RECEIVERS (Requires that the selection pool for court appointed receivers be composed of at least fifteen percent (15%) of receivers who are persons of color and that at least fifteen percent (15%) of all court appointed receivers be persons of color.)
