AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- ESTABLISHMENT OF CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOLS (SEE TITLE 16 CHAPTER 97 -- THE RHODE ISLAND BOARD OF EDUCATION ACT) (Define educational disadvantaged students. This act would also require the use of a weighted lottery for charter school establishment, charter renewal and for student applications when there aren’t enough seats available.)
