AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES -- MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (Requires nursing facilities per diem rates to be adjusted every 3 years or the rate shall automatically increase by 3%. Requires Medicaid rates paid to nursing facilities be increased by the same percentage of any minimum wage increase.)
