AN ACT RELATING TO BUSINESSES AND PROFESSIONS -- PHARMACIES (Amends the definition of the practice of pharmacy to include the authority to prescribe drugs and devices. The act also provides the conditions for which a pharmacist may prescribe an indicated drug or device.)
