AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- OPERATORS' LICENSE -- SAFE ROADS AND MANDATORY INSURANCE (Requires an applicant for a license to provide a valid social security number. This act creates an alternative ID driving license for applicants without a social security number who are able to establish proof of Rhode Island residency.)
