HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY AND PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS TO HELP STABILIZE COSTS AND OTHER FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH RHODE ISLAND'S CITIES' AND TOWNS' STUDENT TRANSPORTATION (Creates an 11 member commission to examine and provide recommendations to stabilize cities' and towns' student transportation costs and regulations, and who would report back to the House by January 4, 2022, and expire on April 4, 2022.)
