AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- REGULATION OF BUSINESS PRACTICES AMONG MOTOR VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND DEALERS (Prevents a motor vehicle dealer from leasing a new or used motor vehicle to a member of the public requiring the payment of the exact amount of any excise tax assessed on the new or used motor vehicle as reimbursement to the motor vehicle dealer.)
