AN ACT RELATING TO ELECTIONS - VOTER REGISTRATION CANCELLATION (Requires the secretary of state to promulgate regulations which identify and cancel the voter registration, of any registrant that changes their residence to outside their city or town, without notifying the proper authorities.)
