AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- TEACHERS' RETIREMENT (SEE TITLE 16 CHAPTER 97-THE RHODE ISLAND BOARD OF EDUCATION ACT) (Replaces the suspension year COLA for all retired teachers, state employees and municipal with a fractional COLA award of twenty-five percent (25%).)
