AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- THE EDWARD O. HAWKINS AND THOMAS C. SLATER MEDICAL MARIJUANA ACT (Provides that an authorized purchaser of medical marijuana, who is assisting a qualified patient who has a cancer diagnosis, shall not be required to pay any fee to acquire a registry identification card.)
