AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES (SEE TITLE 16 CHAPTER 97 -- THE RHODE ISLAND BOARD OF EDUCATION ACT) (Creates the local advisory committee on special education, a majority of which shall be comprised of parents, guardians or caretakers of students with disabilities, to advise every school district on matters concerning students with disabilities.)
