AN ACT RELATING TO HIGHWAYS -- RHODE ISLAND TURNPIKE AND BRIDGE AUTHORITY (Provides that DOT, in conjunction with the RI turnpike and bridge authority, erect a safety barrier or safety netting on the Mount Hope Bridge, the Claiborne Pell Bridge, Verrazzano Bridge.
