AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- MOUNTED VIDEO/AUDIO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS (Establishes a central command video/audio surveillance center administered by the state police. Funding would be provided by use of fifty percent (50%) of the E-911 funds.)
