AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- PERSONAL INCOME TAX (Amends the residential renewable energy system tax credit to remove the tax credit carryover restriction, increase the tax credit to thirty percent (30%) and increase the amount that may be credited to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).)
