AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- IDENTIFICATION AND APPREHENSION OF CRIMINALS (Makes convictions for crimes that have been decriminalized, including misdemeanor and felony convictions for marijuana, eligible for expungement. Upon filing motion, the court where the original conviction took place, shall hold a hearing on the motion.)
