AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS -- UNIFORM CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT (Amends the uniform controlled substances act and reclassifies simple possession of ten grams (10 g.) or less of a substances as a misdemeanor punishable as two (2) year misdemeanor.)
