AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- SALES AND USE TAXES -- LIABILITY AND COMPUTATION -- THE MOTOR VEHICLE SALES TAX EQUITY ACT (Exempts the trade-in values of motorcycles from sales tax and would exempt from state sales tax the trade-in value of any pickup under eight thousand one hundred pounds (8100 lbs.) gross weight.)
