AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- VIDEO-LOTTERY GAMES, TABLE GAMES AND SPORTS WAGERING (Provides that licensed video-lottery retailers may extend credit of up to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per player from the current limit of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) per player.)
