AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- MISCELLANEOUS RULES--MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES (Amends the towing storage act and clarifies issues related to the towing and storage of vehicles. Non-certified towers must have “Not for hire” lettered on their vehicle and provides increased fine and penalties for violators.)
