AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION -- AMERICANIZATION OF SCHOOLS (Repeals requirement that persons between 16 and 21 who cannot speak, read or write English to attend classes until they learn (minimum 200 hours). Also repeals fines and institutional commitment for failure to take such classes.)
