AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION AND COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION (Provides that only those juveniles over the age of fourteen (14) be required to register as sex offenders, and only if the offense is comparable or more severe than those defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2241(aggravated sexual abuse).)
