AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SMITHFIELD TO ISSUE NOT TO EXCEED $4,500,000 IN GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, NOTES AND OTHER EVIDENCE OF INDEBTEDNESS TO FINANCE THE ACQUISTION, CONSTRUCTION, BUILDING, FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING OF A NEW FIRE STATION IN THE TOWN (Authorizes the town of Smithfield to issue not more than $4,500,000 bonds, notes and other evidences of indebtedness to finance the acquisition, construction, building, furnishing and equipping of a new fire station in the town.)
