AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES (Creates the motor vehicle offense of "driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, resulting in physical injury", a felony punishable by up to three (3) years in prison and a license suspension of up to one year.)
