AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - EXPEDITED PERMIT PROCESS (Allows RI municipalities to request an expedited permit review process for certain critical municipal public safety projects. The process would be the same as projects of critical economic concern. It would also waive permit fees for municipalities.)
