AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- WEAPONS (Increases the lawful age to purchase a rifle/shotgun to from 18 years of age to 21 years of age. Also requires a person complete a basic rifle/shotgun safety course before they can legally purchase a rifle/shotgun.)
