AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS - SODA AND CREAM OF TARTAR (Repeals the requirement that city and town councils appoint an inspector or saleratus, bicarbonate of soda, and cream of tartar in order to test for adulterated product, and eliminates the fine for any person selling such adulterated product.)
