AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- CIGARETTE TAX-MINIMUM PRICE OF CIGARETTES (Requires that a fifteen percent (15%) minimum markup be added to the total cost of cigarettes sold by retailers in addition to any other taxes imposed by the state.)
