AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION - SALES AND USE TAXES - LIABILITY AND COMPUTATION (Repeals the exemption from sales and use taxes for certain alcoholic beverages and would provide that all tax revenue received as a result shall be distributed to the applicable municipalities where the alcoholic beverages were sold.)
