AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - MOTORCYCLE HELMETS (Requires all operators of motorcycles to wear a helmet. Violation results in a one hundred dollar ($100) fine. Increases the fine for failure of passenger’s to wear a helmet from eighty-five dollars ($85) to one hundred dollars ($100).)
