AN ACT RELATING TO EDUCATION - THE EDUCATION EQUITY AND PROPERTY TAX RELIEF ACT - FOUNDATION EDUCATION AID (Requires any municipality which receives state educational aid pursuant to the foundation education aid to allocate at least ten percent (10%) of the state's share to the maintenance, repair, renovation and/or construction of the school facilities.)
