AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES -- RETIREMENT SYSTEM -- CONTRIBUTIONS AND BENEFITS (Addresses the age-related disparate treatment of state employees who were eligible to retire by reason of age on June 30, 2012. The act exempts these employees from the 401(a) plan, and return them to the traditional defined benefit plan.)
