AN ACT RELATING TO FOOD AND DRUGS - RHODE ISLAND FOOD, DRUGS, AND COSMETICS ACT (Requires manufacturers to fully disclose all ingredients of their cosmetics on their product label, as well as on their website. Failure to do so would result in a minimum fine of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).)
