AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES - TAXATION OF BEVERAGES (Exempts from the alcoholic beverage manufacturing tax the first fifty thousand (50,000) gallons of wine produced by a winery in this state for distribution in RI in any calendar year.)
