HOUSE RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF PHASING OUT THE SALES TAX IMPOSED ON THE SALE OF USED MOTOR VEHICLES (Creates a 5 member commission to study the feasibility of phasing out the sales tax imposed on motor vehicles that have a history of being traded or sold in the state, and who would report back by January 4, 2018, and expire on March 4, 2018.)
