AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - THE HOSPITAL CONVERSIONS ACT (Provides that a release of a joint tortfeasor in a judicially approved settlement of claims relating to the St. Joseph Health Services of Rhode Island Retirement Plan shall not discharge other joint tortfeasors unless it so provides.)
