AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- PROPERTY SUBJECT TO TAXATION (Provides that property of nonprofit hospitals that are converted from for-profit to nonprofit shall not be exempt from taxation unless authorized by the municipality in which the hospital is located.)
