AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- SALES AND USE TAXES--LIABILITY AND COMPUTATION (Exempts gross receipts from the sale of seeds and plants used to grow food and food products from sales and use taxes. The act would specifically exclude from the definition marijuana seeds or plants.)
