AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- SEXUAL ASSAULT (Raises the age of consent for sexual intercourse to age eighteen provided however that consensual penetration between two individuals between the ages of sixteen and twenty would not be a violation of this statute.)
