AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION AND COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION (Allows the Court in reviewing sex offender level determination by the board, to raise or lower the offender’s community notification level and provides that any person aggrieved may appeal to the Supreme Court.)
