To ensure transparency, the bill requires insurance carriers to maintain a publicly available list of all third parties with access to their networks and to notify them of any contract terminations. Additionally, the law mandates that third parties must comply with existing contract terms, including rules about directing patients to specific providers, and must clearly identify the source of any discounts on patient bills.
