An Act amending the act of June 13, 2008 (P.L.182, No.27), known as the Clean Indoor Air Act, further providing for title of act, for definitions, for prohibition, for signage, for enforcement, for preemption of local ordinances and for repeal; and making editorial changes.

Added new co-sponsors to the bill, including Smith-Wade-El, Daley, Briggs, and Scott.

Updated the definition of 'public place' to explicitly include 'BUS SHELTER'.

Expanded the definition of smoking-free residential health care facilities to include community mental health care, drug and alcohol facilities, and other residential health care facilities not covered by long-term care regulations.

Added a requirement for private clubs to hold an annual vote between September 15 and November 15 to address smoking policies.

Modified the exception for private clubs to require that smoking not be restricted in promotional materials, rather than allowing it to be unrestricted.

Established a two-year smoking ban for private clubs that fail to hold the required annual vote or submit results to the department.
