An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in duties and powers of boards of school directors, further providing for State convention or association, delegates, expenses and membership.

This bill allows school district boards in Pennsylvania to send representatives to state-level meetings of school directors and to join the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. It authorizes districts to use public funds to pay for travel, lodging, and registration fees for these delegates and to cover membership dues for the association.
