An Act amending Titles 51 (Military Affairs) and 61 (Prisons and Parole) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in Department of Military Affairs, further providing for duties of department; in State Veterans' Commission and Deputy Adjutant General for Veterans' Affairs, further providing for specific duties relating to Deputy Adjutant General for Veterans' Affairs; and, in general administration relating to correctional institutions, further providing for powers and duties of department.
