An Act amending Title 12 (Commerce and Trade) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, establishing the Pennsylvania-Ireland Trade Commission and the Pennsylvania-Ireland Trade Commission Fund; imposing duties on the Department of Community and Economic Development; providing for the Entertainment Economic Enhancement Program; making repeals; and making an editorial change.

This bill establishes the Pennsylvania-Ireland Trade Commission and creates a dedicated fund to cover its administrative costs. It assigns the Department of Community and Economic Development the responsibility of managing the commission and appointing its members, including six individuals selected by the Governor.
