This bill updates the rules for the Boating Advisory Board within the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. It establishes that the board will include five volunteer members appointed by the Governor for five-year terms, alongside existing commission staff who serve automatically. The volunteer members will choose one of their own to serve as the board's chairman each year. The changes take effect 60 days after the law is passed.
