An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, adding provisions relating to intercollegiate athletics by providing for compensation regarding a college student athlete's name, image or likeness rights, for professional representation, for scholarships, for certain contracts violations and claims and for settlements.
