An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the Public School Code of 1949, in preliminary provisions, further providing for definitions; in safe schools, establishing the School Student Mental Health Assistance Augmentation Account and providing for deposit of court costs and filing fees into the account; and making an inconsistent repeal.
