An Act amending Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in budget and finance, further providing for municipal corporation portion of fines, etc. and establishing the Municipal Law Enforcement Accreditation Account; in rules of the road in general, further providing for speed timing devices; and, in powers of department and local authorities, further providing for specific powers of department and local authorities.
