An Act amending the act of July 23, 1970 (P.L.563, No.195), known as the Public Employe Relations Act, in definitions, further providing for definitions; in employee rights, providing for payments to employee organizations, for resignation from employee organization and for affirmative consent; in representation, further providing for exclusive representation and providing for recertification; in scope of bargaining, further providing for membership dues deductions and maintenance of membership and providing for collection of payments from nonmembers; and making related repeals.
